Job Summary:


Nature of Work:
Analyzes performance and instructs student athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. Recruit student athletes. Observes players while they perform to determine need for individual or team improvement. Coach players individually or in groups, demonstrating techniques

Essential Duties:
Assist with coaching for the Women's Wrestling program
Provide wrestling instruction and development for student athletes.
Knowledge of and compliance with all rules and changes that occur in the sport of wrestling including NCAA rules and regulations
Assist with camps and dual/meet organization and supervision
Assist with recruiting for the Women's Wrestling program
Coordinate Chadron State College campus visits for athletes
Knowledge of, and compliance with, NCAA rules and regulations concerning recruiting and eligibility
Coordinate team laundry

Secondary Duties:
Check study halls and classes for athletes' participation
Assist with game operations for all home football games
Assist with athletic team and department fundraising initiatives
Related duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of previous coaching experience with women's wrestling
