Job Summary:

Nature of Work: The position acts as an innovative and visionary leader who brings an understanding of the trends, best practices, and data-driven approaches to strategic recruitment and retention efforts in higher education. Oversees key enrollment initiatives by implementing sophisticated processes rooted in industry best practices and provides a forward-thinking vision to assist the college with current enrollment efforts. Serve as a key member of the Enrollment Management Strategic Leadership team, as well as other key committees, task forces, and groups across the CSC campus. Will assume delegated duties and responsibilities in the strategic planning, supervision, process review, on-going Veteran’s compliance, SEVIS International compliance, and outcome assessments of the ongoing enrollment management process at the College. Will serves as one of the senior administrators to path success for our diverse student body of undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, which consists of a rich mix of residential, commuter, military, international, and online students.

Essential Duties: Provides leadership for assigned areas, including recruitment, on-boarding, orientation, campus visits, international student services, military and veteran services, transfer student services, student records and registration processing.

Program analysis, review, and implementation in all assigned areas.
Development and leadership of staff in all assigned areas.
Makes recommendations to the Vice President for Enrollment Management on marketing, website, policy changes, procedures updates, outcome assessments, budget review, and personnel recommendations. Includes collaborating and reporting responsibilities.
Assist the Vice President Enrollment Management in the resolution of student problems referred to the Enrollment Management office.

Leadership role in managing, assessing, and renewing of all Enrollment Management's Memo of Understanding (MOUs) and vendor/service contracts, as well as aid in the development and oversight of partnership agreements.
Facilitate effective recruitment and retention strategies that support the implementation of CSC’s strategic enrollment plan, with emphasis on the development of an integrated college-wide recruitment program, including collaboration with faculty and staff.
Monitor and report on regional, state, national, and global enrollment trends.

Maintain current on all regulations and compliance as the SEVIS Designated School Official (PDSO) Serve as the School Certifying Official (SCO) designation for the College for the VA Once/Army Ignite.

Provide training to all College supporting DSOs and other SCOs to maintain the College’s compliance and service levels needed in these areas.
Collaboration with stakeholders across the college.
Public speaking and representing CSC and Enrollment Management in various formats.

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
5 years experience in higher education or a similar education/non-profit organization
Leadership experience in enrollment management areas or sales
Strategic planning, data analytics and outcome assessment experience in education, non-profit, or sales environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree
Public speaking skills
Proven experience working with and succeeding diverse populations
Advanced experience in Excel
Experience with People Soft and Element 451/Admission’s CRM software/SEVIS/VA Once/ Communication Software platforms
Experience working as a SEVIS Designated School Official (PDSO) and a VA Once/ARMY Ignite as the Designation of School Certifying Official (SCO) in higher education
