Job Summary:

Nature of Work:

Responsible for providing print, video and photographic media products. Produce promotional and publicity materials. Design layouts and photograph college activities. Write brochures and articles for publication. Assist with dissemination of college publications. Manage the production process for all publications print and electronic.

Essential Duties:
Print Media and Video/Specific Photographic Media
Create promotional and publicity materials for the college and assist in the coordination of distribution to target audiences.
Conceptualize and design layouts for use in various media formats.

Provide graphic editing of institutional materials to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality.

Collaborate on the creation and production of marketing, advertising, and informational materials.

Print Shop Operations

Operate digital printing equipment and assist in the production of printed materials. Perform finishing tasks such as cutting, folding, and binding.

Manage and maintain inventory of print-related supplies (toner, paper, envelopes, etc.).

Produce and reconcile print-related invoices.

Store and organize select college publications.


Secondary Duties:
Coordinate the cataloging and preservation of physical and digital records related to print materials.

Support college-wide promotional efforts.
Other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience with printing companies to produce newsletters, magazines and other publication

Familiarity with raster image processing

Ability to work under the pressures of deadlines and multiple tasks

Work with area and state media to provide background information and stories on campus events.

Public relations or communications experience.
