Job Summary:
Peru State College has a bright and exciting future, and we’re looking for an energetic, visionary, collaborative, and creative Vice President for Academic Affairs to help lead us there.
Part of the Nebraska State College System, Peru State embraces a bold and transformational mission: to provide an excellent education to every student who wants it. As an “open-access” institution, Peru State welcomes students from all backgrounds and provides world-class levels of support to help every student succeed. We don’t weed students out—we weed them in. And our tuition is among the lowest in the nation, to help as many students as possible earn a college degree.

- An advocate for student-centered learning both on campus and online, with a passion for the College’s open-access mission and the role this mission plays in higher education.
- A leader in embracing the College’s Strategic Plan and its commitment to building a culture of engagement.
- A collaborative partner who works with everyone in the campus community to ensure student success and maintain high levels of quality in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
- A strong advocate for Peru State College, partnering with the President in outreach and campus engagement.
