Job Summary:
This position coordinates administrative functions to include business affairs, provider matters and project coordination within the Department of Neurological Sciences. This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating departmental/provider activities/projects, and in assisting with community outreach and research initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- High School education or GED
- 5 years increasingly responsible administrative support experience.
- Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint
Will consider five years post high school education/related experience.
- This individual needs to be a self-started, motivated, and resourceful.This position requires creative thinking with the ability to work with all levels of employees.
- This person will have input on program developmental and operational processes and decision making in conjunction with the Department Administrator.
- The position has significant impact on image, efficiency, and function of the department and directly effects successful operations of the programs with in the Department of Neurological Sciences.
- This is a core position which requires the promotion of high values and standards of excellence care ans services to all individuals interacting with the Department.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business related field
