Job Summary:
The Medical Operations Associate works under the general supervision of the Nursing Director in the Student Health medical clinic. This position coordinates medical services for students and provides a high level of technical and administrative support to the Student Health medical team.
Required Qualifications:
High School education or GED, plus two years of customer service in an office of retail setting.
Demonstrated experience providing customer service on the telephone.
Demonstrated experience with computers and various computer programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a clinic or health care setting.
