Job Summary:
The position provides administrative support to departmental leadership to achieve effective and efficient services and to serve as the first point of contact. Key responsibilities include office management and communication, human and financial management, and curriculum and faculty support.
Required Qualifications:
- High School education or GED
- Four years of office/service experience.
- Office/Service experience, Microsoft Suite (Outlook and Excel). Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with office management, skills in the use of productivity software programs and information systems, and knowledge and skills in website and social media communication
- Familiar with SAP, Success Factors, Ariba (purchasing) and experience in a University setting.
