Job Summary:
Foundation Office Assistant
Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, clerical and reception work along with the general upkeep of the Foundations database system. This position includes routine clerical support, such as preparing correspondence, forms, reports and other materials as assigned along with tasks such as general office duties, receiving and routing correspondence, phone calls, messages and visitors. This position will be the primary support for the Foundation Office Assistant.
- Clerical and Administrative Support including answering phones, taking messages, managing mail and correspondence, filing documents and data entry.
- Support overall management of the database including updating constituent information, importation of grad lists, creating new records and data upkeep in Raisers Edge.
- Generate reports and materials needed in a timely manner when requested.
- Assisting other team members with various tasks and projects, as needed.
- Assist with providing addresses and contact information to the athletic departments/coaches/staff.
- Help with the organization and planning of office events and Foundation and Alumni Relations events and campaigns, such as, Phonathon, Magazine Publications, GivingDay, Black and Gold Events, direct mailings, etc.
- Assist the Foundation Office Assistant, with assigned duties and tasks.
- Present a positive and professional attitude to internal and external public.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from High School or educational equivalent and related experience
