Job Summary:

The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for the administration, coordination, and oversight of the clinical education component of the Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) program. This individual ensures compliance with the standards of the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) and the Council for Clinical Certification in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CFCC). The Clinic Coordinator collaborates with academic faculty, clinical educators, and external partners to provide high-quality clinical training that supports student development and meets professional certification requirements. The clinical coordinator will (1) administer the clinical component of the academic program, (2) coordinate and organize clinical services in the UNO Speech-Language clinic and medical externship placements, (3) supervise graduate students in on campus clinical practica, (4) maintain clinical records for students and clients 5) contribute to the accreditation compliance, record keeping, and reporting and 6) other duties assigned by the department chair, SLP program director and/or Dean of the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences.
