Job Summary:
Oversees the daily operations of the Facilities Service Center, including customer service, work order coordination, motor pool rental services, campus event services, and quality assurance activities. This position supervises service center staff and ensures efficient processing of facility maintenance requests, fleet reservations, and campus event support services. The supervisor conducts quality assurance audits to verify service completion standards and works closely with facilities trade teams, campus departments, and event coordinators to ensure timely service deliver and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
3 years
In Customer Service, administrative operations, facilities management, or related field.
Experience coordinating service requests, operational services, or work order systems.
Supervisory experience.
Strong organizational and operational coordination skills
Ability to supervise staff and oversee multiple operational service areas
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of service requests and event schedules
Ability to conduct inspections and evaluate service quality
Proficiency with office software and service management systems
Preferred Qualifications:
In Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
