
Job Summary:
Provide direct, 1:1, assessment, treatment, and crisis intervention supports (e.g., behavioral therapy services) to children diagnosed with autism spectrum or related disorders. This position will assist theBCBAorBCBA-D with case management responsibilities to include graphing data and preparing daily progress notes.
All behavioral therapy strategies and intervention components will occur through the implementation of a treatment plan that is prepared and directed by aBCBAorBCBA-D/Licensed Psychologist

Required Qualifications:
- High School education or GED
- Less than 1 year
- Must have a minimum of six months experience working with children
- Licensed as a Registered Behavioral Technician or ability to obtain a Registered Behavioral Technician license within 90 days of hire date
- Ability to prepare for and collect data.
- Ability to enter data and update graphs using a computer program.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to remain calm and patient during challenging situations.
- Must be able to adhere to the principles and mission of the Institute.
- Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, supervisors, caregivers, and other service providers.
- Ability to establish organizational systems and time management strategies.
