                                        Job Summary:
Graduate Medical Education
- Primary coordinator of one stand-alone residency program (1 or no ACGME accredited subspecialties) with 20 or more house officers and absence of an education administrator.
- Primary Coordinator(s) of a core residency program with at least 2 ACGME accredited subspecialty fellowship within its oversight.
- Primary coordinator of multiple small ACGME accredited programs (two programs with more than 12 house officers or more than two programs).
- Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks.
- Sees connections between routines and how they relate to other procedures.
- Knows where to seek answers and independently researches solutions to questions.
- Broad and comprehensive knowledge of policies, procedures and systems.
- Compose correspondence requiring knowledge of related matters including accreditation requirements.
- Coordinates and leads arrangements for meetings and events, conferences and travel.
- Anticipates challenges/questions before they occur and offers solutions.
- Manage house officer and program director conferences and travel as needed.
- Prepare, analyze and summarize complex reports.
- Intermediate budget oversight.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 5 years increasingly responsible administrative support and/or educator experience which must include some program/project coordination experience in graduate medical education.
- Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Outlook
 Moderate PC Skills
Will consider seven years education/related experience which must include some program/project coordination in graduate medical education.

- Possesses and maintains flexibility and a willingness to interact collegially with hospital administration, other departments, and outside contacts to carry out the mission of the program.

- Exhibits advanced knowledge of accreditation specialty requirements.
- Exhibits advanced knowledge of professional ethics, laws and regulations.
- Exhibits exceptional interpersonal/customer service skills and is able to cope with stress effectively.
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor and disposition to work effectively with varying personalities.• Exhibits the highest moral integrity when handling confidential information.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates competency in administrative management of program.
- Demonstrates competency in fiscal management of program.
- Demonstrates competency in data management of program.
- Demonstrates competency in program compliance management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- TAGME or CGEA certified
- Experience with web site development
- Canvas, New Innovations and/or Oasis
