Job Summary:
The Accreditation and Employment Coordinator provides high-level administrative, accreditation, and operational support for the Department of Teacher Education and the Department of Educational Administration within the College of Education. This position plays a critical role in faculty onboarding and employment procedures, departmental budget and logistics management, accreditation coordination, meeting and event planning, document and database management, and front desk contact with students and stakeholders.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, poise, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in general office operations and administrative procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and common software applications.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of related administrative experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting accreditation, assessment, or higher education operations.
- Experience with budget monitoring and financial reconciliation
