Job Summary:
The Library-TRIO Services Office Associate provides data entry and purchasing services for the Calvin T. Ryan Library Collection Services Office and the TRIO Student Support Services program.
Under the Collection Services Librarian, this position is responsible for: firm ordering of all monographs and non-book materials, serving as primary contact for firm order questions; monitoring the expenditure of library firm order funds; and activating the e-resource licenses after acquisition.
Under the Director of TRIO-Student Support Services, this position will be responsible for entering data in the centralized TRIO-SSS CRM software, maintaining knowledge of federal grant reporting regulations, and supply ordering. This position is partially grant funded.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Two years of equivalent combination of education and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Requires excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three years experience with standard office support services, including filing, procurement, budget management, and complex data entry.
Familiarity with UNK's undergraduate academic support services is a plus.
