Job Summary:
Provides project oversight and administrative support for a grant-funded Student Advisement and Success Improvement. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management and the Associate Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs, will assist in overseeing special grant-supported management, reporting and assessment projects in Enrollment Management and Academic Affairs. Prepares and tracks university request forms and reports for project-related events and meetings, expense reporting and management, purchases, requisitions and invoices, and compiles and organizes assessment data and reports. Assists in planning and reporting progress on special projects across multiple units. Provides other administrative support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
High School education or GED
4 years experience
Equivalent combination of education, experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1 year in bookkeeping and budget management experience.
Knowledge of UNK, SAP, PeopleSoft and/or Salesforce.
Additional Information:
This position is grant funded for at a minimum of 18 months with a potential of up to 5 years.
