Job Description

Job Summary

Individuals in this classification are responsible for a wide variety of office and administrative functions in support of the assigned departments or college programs including specific focus on supporting COE students. The employee will participate in regular COE Office Associate Team meetings. The Office Associate L2 position requires proficiency in the full range of general office services and functions for their college center and work assignment. The departments assigned to this position are as follows: Counseling, School Psychology and Family Science (CSPFS) and Teacher Education (TE).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Equivalent combination of education, experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
