
Job Summary:
Pull and clean strainers on closed loops systemsInstall/Inspect pressure and temperature gauges on closed loop systemsInstall/Inspect air/dirt separators on closed loop systemsReplace pump sealsVerify and adjust pump alignment to pump motorPrepare new and old inventory of equipment and enter data into TMAAssist in setting up Preventive Maintenance schedules in TMAMaintain inventory of Pump sealsPreform preventative maintenance on pumpsClean equipment used and assigned equipment roomAssist Campus Plumbing department with work orders and back up for staff on leaveWillingness to obtain an apprentice plumbing licenseWill be on rotating backup shift schedule to cover vacationing staff on the 24 hour crew. Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school education or GED
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning machinery and components.
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, shop drawings
