Job Summary:
As a Shift Lead you will:
- Serve as a member of the management team by providing leadership, direction and supervision to Team Members during their shift and ensuring a high – quality experience for guests.
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership:

- By delegating shift duty assignments to staff/students.
- Oversee front end and back of restaurant operations.
- Ensure products and ingredients are stocked and available based on forecasting.
- Training new team members.
- Ensure presentation, quality, and food standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guest through front end and back-end operations which may include:

- Greeting all guests in a friendly manner and addressing guest concerns
- Accurately entering orders into the POS system and cashier duties
- Food preparation and monitoring food quality and safety
- Front end and kitchen stocking
- Ingredient preparation
- Inventory, dish machine operation, cleaning duties, opening, and closing procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- High School education or GED plus three (3) years food preparation experience and mastery of all kitchen and dining tasks and attributes; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Food handlers permit or ability to obtain by passing safety and sanitation test.
- Ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary.
- Ability to communicate essential.
- Must have the ability to train and lead others.
Preferred Qualifications:
The following qualification is preferred but not required:
- Supervisory experience.
