Job Summary:
The Curriculum and Class Scheduling Coordinator will manage the class schedule building software and oversee related updates to the student information systems. Build and manage class scheduling workflows. Provide system administration and testing oversight for curriculum and class schedule building software for system enhancements and other modifications. Interact directly with academic departments to provide information that assists in making curriculum and course offering adjustments. Provide training and other resources to enhance academic department class schedule building abilities. Create communications in multiple formats and systems. Write communication content and any related documentation. Assist faculty and staff who are seeking assistance from Curriculum and Class Scheduling Services. Collaborate with Registrar's Office student workers and other full-time staff in providing quality service. Analyze data using provided reporting dashboards and writing ad-hoc reports. Identify course offerings with unmet student demand and identify potential solutions. Assist with special projects. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience working in academic administration, student affairs, enrollment management, academic advising, or organizational administration.
- Experience communicating with faculty, academic administration, or external clientele in a professional environment.
- Experience making data-driven decisions.
- Able to analyze reports and statistics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear and precise documentation.
- Must be able to communicate and interact well with the campus community.
Preferred Qualifications:
The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
- Master's degree
- 2 years of full-time work in higher education in academic administration, student affairs, enrollment management, or academic advising.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience with analytical tools.
- Experience with systems administration.
