Job Summary:
Incumbent will be responsible for installation, maintenance, modification and repair, computer storage, and networking equipment within data centers. Includes customer requests for moves, adds, and changes to services, troubleshooting and resolution of problems. Regular interaction with performance monitoring, design, billing, and management solutions. Input on design and recommendation of service enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
Two years post-secondary coursework
1 year computing support or related experience to include hardware support
Computer hardware and software troubleshooting experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
