Data and Reporting Analyst

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide complex reporting and database tools to senior administration for forecasting and analyzing data and serve as UNL's financial reporting expert. Develop e-forms and data table structure for process improvement efforts. Analyze business practices and design databases to automate functions and identify trends in processing/accounting. Design custom reporting for executive decision support. Work with the Data Warehouse team to create new views to optimize database design and report generation. Create automated data visualizations using Tableau or Microsoft PowerBi.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, information services or related field.
3 years database design/maintenance.
ERP financial management system knowledge, relational database programming skills, financial reporting skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, data visualization skills using Tableau or Microsoft PowerBi, SQL or script-writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ERP System experience.
Data Warehouse experience.
