Job Summary:

As an Office Associate, you will:

  • Assist with 4-H and Extension digital communication and media support
  • Manage various website updates within Extension and 4-H and assist with content edits/revisions
  • Oversee Extension social media channels by posting curated content
  • Provide office and administrative support
  • Assist with Nebraska State 4-H event coordination

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalency; plus four years of demonstrated office support experience. Additional years of completed relevant education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis. 
  • Experience in customer service excellence
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new computer and associated technologies
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in higher education or youth development setting preferred.
