
Job Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations, supporting the director and attorneys in the office, and providing front-facing customer service. The Office Manager also provides assistance with budget and fiscal management.
As Office Manager you will:
- Work with our students, staff and faculty who are requesting services or departmental information.
- Initiate and process confidential administrative case management by providing necessary documents and applications, correspondence on status, and update electronic files.
- Support the Director and attorneys by performing a combination of administrative and complex office work associated with the office, program administration, and data collection/entry.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree and a minimum of two (2) years demonstrated administrative and/or office management experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
- Demonstrated ability of and a well-developed working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate work assignments while exercising the highest degree of confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills necessary.
- Must have good basic communication skills, both verbal and writing.
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
- Experience working in an environment with considerable interaction with people.
- Experience working within a legal office or working with matters that require a high degree of confidentiality, precision, and accuracy.
- Experience working with time-sensitive assignments and tasks.
- Experience working with college students, faculty, college staff (e.g., advisors, financial aid, student affairs, etc.).
