Under the supervision of the Lead Teacher, provide for the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of the children.

Required Qualifications:
- High School education or GED
- No Experience
- All staff must complete 46 hours of specified training within 6 months of employment to meet licensing requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to the care of young children.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Education or Child Care.
- Minimum of one year experience working with young children in a licensed child care facility.
