Under the supervision of the Lead Teacher, provide for the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of the children.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School education or GED
  • No Experience
  • All staff must complete 46 hours of specified training within 6 months of employment to meet licensing requirements.

 

  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to the care of young children.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Education or Child Care.
  • Minimum of one year experience working with young children in a licensed child care facility.
