Job Summary:
The Benefits Specialist position is responsible for the daily coordination and administration of the NU Flex benefits program, retirement plans, and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) compliance for approximately 1,400 faculty/staff and 250 retirees. This role serves as a key point of contact for faculty, staff, and retirees and ensures a prominent level of customer service, accuracy, and compliance. The position also contributes to campus-wide Human Resources initiatives and performs related administrative functions as needed.
