
Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, perform a wide variety of tasks relevant to Human Resources for the college of Public Health. This position requires knowledge of HR principles, policies, procedures and systems. Position works closely with Department Chairs, Financial Administrators and Associate/Assistant Deans.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 4 years increasingly responsible administrative experience to include human resources experience.
- Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft Outlook
Will consider six years related education/experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR Processes, rules, and laws.
- Ability to successfully guide new employees through UNMC paperwork and orientation processes.
- Also, must possess the following skills:
- Ability to type.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate organizational skills.
- Ability to work in flexible environment.
- Must be able to complete requirements in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- SAP, ADIS, Success Factors
- Strong customer service orientation.
