Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Physician Assistant Program Director and in collaboration with the College of Allied Health Professions (CAHP) Directors of Clinical Education and clinical education staff, this position is a vital member of a dynamic, team-oriented environment that shapes the clinical training experience of future physician assistants.
The individual will be instrumental in processing and reviewing clinical site affiliation agreements for accreditation and legal requirements, recommending revisions, and ensuring documentation is completed efficiently and in compliance with internal and external policies.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute valuable input to program development, workflow improvement, and student success among a collaborative and mission-driven team.

The CAHP is one of six health profession education colleges at UNMC, offering 14 unique education programs in the health professions. This position is based on-site at either the Omaha or Kearney UNMC campus, depending on the applicant's location. Hybrid/remote work may be permitted in accordance with current UNMC policies and manager's discretion.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 3 years responsible and progressive administrative support experience.
- Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft Outlook
Will consider five years of related education/experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational or Academic Management or related field.
- Paralegal experience would be ideal.
- Experience with program coordination and/or contracting.
- Experience in an academic setting.
