
Job Summary:
Manage, plan, and coordinate clinical research across Orthopaedic Surgery and the Division of Physical Therapy. Oversee regulatory compliance and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), including IRB submissions, amendments, continuing reviews, and adverse event reporting. Build and maintain the department outcomes database; develop data collection tools; and support data collection in clinic and operating room settings. Coordinate protocol start‑up and study operations with investigators, nursing, sponsors, and institutional offices. Contribute to grant applications, manuscripts, and presentations. Conduct biomechanical testing for select research subjects as applicable.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years clinical experience and/or research experience in a clinical or laboratory setting.
- Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint
Will consider six years education and/or related experience combined of which two years must include post high school education.

- Writing skills and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines, and work collaboratively with investigators, clinical staff, and institutional offices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health-related, Biological, or Behavioral Science field such as Physical Therapy, Nursing, Biology, Exercise Science, or a related.
- 2 years experience in clinical or translational research, including regulatory compliance, human subject protection, and data management. Experience in orthopaedic or rehabilitation research, clinical trials coordination, and manuscript or grant preparation.
- Microsoft Access, REDCap, Visual 3D, Mathlab, Statistical software, EPIC
- Writing skills and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and institutional review board (IRB) processes.
