Job Summary:
Crowd Control provide guests with the best experience possible while keeping them and other staff members safe. This is done through securing areas of the arena, managing metal detectors and bag checks at all entrances, and guarding the stage during concerts. Crowd Control are expected to learn the layout of Baxter Arena to be able to provide directions to guests and respond quickly in case of any emergencies. Other duties are as assigned.
Scheduling is flexible. Baxter Arena cannot guarantee hours every week. Staff pick up shifts to work based on their availability.

Must be 18 years old.
Must provide excellent customer service.
Must be available to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
Must notice details while in a fast-paced environment.
