
Job Summary:
Provides support for division research activities, Division Chief, Administrator and Medical Director, and other administrative functions. Works most closely with Administrator, Fellowship Coordinator, Division Chief, Medical Director to ensure smooth operations with research, educational, and educational missions.

Required Qualifications:
- High School education or GED
- 4 years increasingly responsible administrative support experience
- Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint
Will consider four years related post high school education/experience
- High inner individual motivation
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to multi-task with projects and areas of responsibility
- Ability to effectively communicate and train individuals on a variety of tasks
- Proficiency with multi-tasking and ability to integrate new technology and changing information systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree inBusiness, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in an academic health setting to include experience with manuscript preparation.
- Familiarity with medical education programs.
- SAP
- Endnote or Refworks citation software, ADIS
- Ability to work well with personnel at multiple levels and in different fields of expertise.
