
Job Summary:
Coordinates Family Medicine's educational activities for UNMC Phase 3 medical student education program, ensuring compliance with institutional, accreditation, and board certification requirements are. Provide administrative support to the Family Medicine Education Administrator, ensuring smooth operations and assisting educational programs through strong communication and independent decision-making. Performs additional duties as needed, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and a spirit of collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 3 years increasingly responsible administrative support and/or educator experience to include some program/project experience.
- Microsoft Outlook,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Word
Will consider five years education/related experience to include some program/project experience.

- Demonstrates positive, professional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Skilled in public relations and effectively engaging with diverse audiences, including medical professionals, administrative staff, and the general public.
- Creative writing proficiency with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency
- Highly proficient in daily use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong typing and keyboarding skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Professionalism & Confidentiality
- Exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive materials.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and dependability.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
