
Job Summary:
The iCASD Training/Administration Assistant will assist the Training/Administration Coordinator with new and ongoing training at all staff levels up to the Senior RBT (excluding BCBAs) across multiple iCASD departments providing services to individuals with autism within the Integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders (iCASD). This position will assistant the training coordinator with interviewing staff, initial and on-going staff training, and community training. This position will be required to travel across multiple clinics within Omaha, NE and the surrounding areas.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Organizational Behavior
- 1 year relevant experience managing, supervising, and training staff
- Licensed as a Registered Behavioral Technician or ability to obtain a Registered Behavioral Technician license within 90 days of hire date
- Microsoft Access,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to design and implement staff training procedures
- Ability to develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with other employees, applicants, students, as well as the public
- Ability to demonstrate professional behavior by adhering to departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and assuming authority appropriately
- Must pursue education or training necessary to perform at the level of competence required to incorporate the hardware, software, technologies, and ideas relevant to specific job responsibilities
- Must be able to adhere to the principles and mission of the Institute
- In-depth knowledge of and adherence to applicable ethical codes and standards
- Ability to be flexible, multi-task, and manage competing priorities
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic
- Ability to manage staff by providing positive and corrective feedback on an ongoing basis
- Ability to travel frequently across multiple clinics in Omaha and the surrounding area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Organizational Behavior Management, or related field.
- Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA®) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board ®
