
Job Summary:
Develops sourcing strategies for assigned open positions, including searching for and engaging passive candidates. Works closely with hiring managers to determine needs and sourcing strategies, as well as coaching them on candidate assessment techniques. Manages the talent acquisition process end-to-end, including screening resumes for skills and experience. Manages Staffing Team to ensure consistent, effective and efficient operation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 3 years in recruitment experience to include experience in selection, hiring and applicant tracking systems, experience in supervising Talent Acquisition staff, experience in project management.
- Valid Motor Vehicle License
- Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint
- Required other Computer Applications: Applicant Tracking System, Adobe
- Ability to adapt and embrace change
- Ability to continuously learn and to pursue self-development through personal study, training and education
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Ability to recruit both active and passive candidates
- Ability to research trends and make recommendations based on trends or change of State and/or Federal laws

- Strong sense of urgency and ownership is required
- Demonstrates Talent Acquisition expertise and quickly adapts strategy to meet dynamic needs of the organization
- Effective organizational, interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Ability to supervise, mentor and motivate staff to meet staffing goals and objectives
- Knowledge of legal compliance, state and federal employment laws
- Understanding HR functions and processes, including inter-dependencies
- Proven project management skills, including reporting, relationship building and presentation skills
- Public contact position requiring appropriate business-like apparel
- Regular attendance and timeliness is essential – Work schedule 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Ability to commit whatever time or effort is required to ensure customer/managers and employees needs are met
- Strong consultative and influencing ability
- Strong internet research skills including internet search and recruiting database search experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- MBA or related field in experience in generation of training presentations & facilitation of training session for Managers & employees. Budget Management Experience.
- Human Resources Systems
- Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
