Job Summary:

Manage the medical receptionist staff and ensures they receive all program updates/guidelines to enter, check-in and schedule visits for patients at MMI. Serves as the customer service representative for MMI.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year in experience in healthcare environment with working knowledge of medical office operations
• Microsoft Access,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Outlook,Microsoft Office

Will consider additional post high school education in lieu of required experience.

• Ability to work professionally with physicians, clinic staff and patients in a timely confident manner
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Demonstrated analytical, prioritization and organizational skills required
• Demonstrated flexibility and dedication to team environment
• Effective communicator
• Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service to physicians, patients and other internal/external customers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable of EPIC desirable
• Preferred experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, and interdisciplinary care teams
