Job Summary:
Supports the administrative functions of Radiology's clinical and preclinical research projects. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing research-related materials. Will assist with document preparation, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication between team members. Also helps support Radiology administrative office with various administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Basic Science, or related field.
- 3 years increasingly responsible administrative experience.
- Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Outlook,Microsoft Office Suite programs
Will consider five years related post high school education/experience.
- Proficient with software applications stated, ability to organize, manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous demands and requests from faculty and department supervisor.
- Able to efficiently meet deadlines, and be an excellent communicator who can effectively relate and understand the needs of faculty, supervisor, department administrator and chair.
- Ability to courteously and professionally answer, screen and transfer calls, good written and English grammar skills, ability to work independently.
- Proficient in typing and keyboarding with good accuracy rating, fundamental knowledge of letter, memo and email correspondence, excellent oral and written communication skills, professional office environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Basic Science, or related field.

- Experience working with budgets or purchasing systems.
- Exposure to academic, research, or healthcare settings
- Prior work in a university, hospital, or scientific department environment.
