
Job Summary:
Essential Functions |
1. Set up and tear down for rehearsals and concerts, including Youth Symphony, Youth Philharmonic, Youth Concert Strings, Prelude Strings, and Chamber Music. Help with set up and tear down as needed.
2. Set up and tear down for special events such as Side by Side rehearsals, Music Mentors rehearsals, which may require additional hours. 3. Assist with taking attendance. 4. Provide a welcoming presence to all students and families. 5. Help solve and troubleshoot issues that come up in rehearsal, such as lost music, instrument issues. 6. Provide supervision by sitting in rehearsals, walking around during sectionals, assisting sectional coaches and chamber coaches with any items that come up. 7. Direct report is to Manager of Youth Music Program and Operations, but also assists conductors on rehearsal days. |

Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs (chairs, stands, boxes)
