Job Summary:
The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Nebraska Medical Center is seeking motivated scientists to join our research team. The primary purpose of this Research Associate position is to conduct research on gene regulation, stress responses, and cell survival pathways, Employ advanced molecular biology methods such as gene-targeting, microarray, and ChIP assays. Analyze biological data to identify key regulators of ocular health and disease. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to advance vision research, and have a strong foundation in molecular and cellular biology.

Required Qualifications:
Applicants must have a Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related field (required for postdoctoral applicants).
