Job Summary:

The Research Nurse Coordinator will assist in overseeing the coordination and implementation of clinical research studies, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements for the Department of Dermatology. They will provide patient education, obtain informed consent, and manage participant care throughout the study to ensure safety and compliance. In addition, they are responsible for data collection, documentation, and case management to maintain study integrity and support successful trial outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant coursework/specialized training in Nursing
• 2 years nursing Experience
• Registered Nurse with current licensure or licensure eligible
• Microsoft Outlook,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with other team members
• Solid organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of current nursing procedure, techniques and practices
• Ability to perform physical assessment as appropriate
• Computer literacy and proficiency
• Utilization of knowledge and skills related to meeting age-specific needs of the patient population served within the copy of the job description: Age specific populations served include Adult (18-65) and Geriatric (65 and older).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 2 years nursing experience with clinical research
• EPIC, CTMS, ADIS, Microsoft Teams
